Clean hotel with good location in Budapest not far from the first metro station of line 2 : Deli Pu, the underground, trams and other buses and the center. Free parking nearby provided.

Air conditioned, well-equipped room and outstandingly accommodating stuff at the reception desk. Beautiful view of the hills from the window.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is very good, hidden from the big traffic in the grand bulevards, but also easy to reach the important points of interest.
The room service was becoming worse and worse from a day to another, until the last day when they didn't come at all. It's a pitty, because otherwise the hotel would be a great one.

Location was fabulous for driving through the city. Easy parking.
1. The person at the desk had no idea where the M1 was (down the hill, take a right!) 2. It was a humid night. Saw there was an A/C unit but couldn't figure out how to turn it on. No instructions about how to call the front desk on the telephone. Was really tired, just gave up.

The food was savoury with a huge variety of alternatives. The location was ideal and easy, so close to the main street and bus stops, the underground, trams, and the market.

Good location, big room. My son loved the glass elevator.
No restaurant, you have to go find dinner elsewhere. The staff was helpful in making reservation for us.

Absolutely fantastic and pleasant hotel, had excellent stay.
It was clean, the staff was polite and welcoming, plus the service was excellent. The location was nice and perfect, in the 11. Ujbuda district and near a bus stop. There was a magnificent restaurant, a big shopping mall and a market next door👍
